We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Maintain compliance with food safety regulations
Develop and implement effective strategies for improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with chefs on the daily basis
Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations to foster team development.
Experience
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
Previous experience in restaurant or managing operations is advantageous.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business.
Pay will be discussed in person based on skills and experience. Interviews will be held Monday 11th , Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th August 2025.
