Night Care Practitioner

Location:

Merton Place Care Home, Colwyn Bay

Hours:

Nights - 36 per week, including some weekends

Salary:

13.03 per hour

At ClwydAlyn, we provide high-quality, person-centred care that truly changes lives. We're seeking a dedicated Night Care Practitioner to join our night team at Merton Place, supporting individuals with mental health challenges to live safely, with dignity, and as independently as possible.

Role responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care to residents at night Support residents' independence and wellbeing Maintain and review person-centred care plans Complete care duties and accurate record-keeping using IT systems Provide safe, supported accommodation Work flexibly, including unsocial hours and some weekends

Skills & experience

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to complete ) Experience working within a care team Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude Enhanced DBS clearance (covered by ClwydAlyn)

Qualifications & registration

NVQ Level 2 (or commitment to complete within 2 months) Complete Social Care Wales All Wales Induction Framework within 6 months Social Care Wales registration required (fees covered by ClwydAlyn)
