About the Role

We are looking for kind, reliable and proactive

Night Carers

to join our dedicated team. You'll work alongside

experienced and medically trained night staff

, supporting residents throughout the night to ensure their well-being, dignity, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, person-centred care overnight, following residents' care plans. Carry out regular welfare and safety checks, repositioning, and comfort support. Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and medication support (once trained). Monitor and record residents' health, mood, and changes during the night. Maintain a calm, reassuring presence, ensuring privacy and dignity at all times. Support morning routines and complete accurate documentation for handover. Work as part of a close-knit night team.

Medically trained candidates

(or those working toward care qualifications) are especially welcome. Compassionate, dependable, and genuinely interested in helping others. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible, calm under pressure, and committed to high standards of care. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care desirable (but not required).

Hours & Pay

Night shifts

8:00 pm to 8:00 am
