We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support to individuals in various care settings, including home care, assisted living, nursing homes, and hospice environments. Duties

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Administer medication following prescribed care plans and medical instructions Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements Support clients with light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean and safe environment Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental wellbeing Manage behaviour effectively, especially in cases involving dementia or Alzheimer's disease Document care activities accurately and communicate updates to healthcare professionals or family members Drive clients safely to appointments or outings as required Follow health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Assist with specialised medical procedures under supervision, including basic nursing tasks

Experience

Prior experience in a care home, nursing home, or home care setting is highly desirable Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, and senior care best practices Familiarity with medical terminology and medication administration protocols Experience in developing or following personalised care plans and case management processes Certification in first aid is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for suitable candidates Proven ability to handle heavy lifting safely and effectively manage behaviour management challenges Valid driving licence is advantageous for roles involving client transportation
