Night Manager (spar)
Job Description
The Wall Group are currently recruiting a Night-Manager for their store based on the Stewartstown Road, Belfast.
This role for the Wall Group and will involve the full control of the night shift in a very busy environment including managing a team of 6 staff. The successful applicant should have the following;
2 Years senior manager experience in a similar environment.
Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of staff management.
An ability to showcase business development in a previous role to help drive sales.
This is a 24 hour site, we trade through a hatch from 11pm to 6am. The successful candidate will have a proven background in retail and staff management and a drive to succeed.
