About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Night Nurse (RGN)

to join our dedicated team in a Nursing Home in Bristol. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care during night shifts while supporting residents with complex needs in a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe and effective nursing care to residents during night shifts Administer medications and perform clinical procedures in accordance with professional standards Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing, escalating any concerns promptly Maintain accurate records and complete all documentation in line with regulatory requirements Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to care plans Support a safe and secure environment for residents and staff throughout the night

Requirements

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration Minimum

4 years of experience in the UK

, most of which should be within a Nursing Home setting Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work independently Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Commitment to delivering high standards of care and maintaining regulatory compliance
