We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

to join our nursing team on a full-time night shift basis. This role is based within a well-established Nursing Home, providing high-quality care and support to residents with varying clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care throughout night shifts Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans Administer medication safely in line with NMC and organisational standards Provide clinical leadership to care staff during the night Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements Respond promptly to clinical emergencies and support residents' wellbeing

Requirements:



Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC PIN Previous experience working in a Nursing Home is preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to delivering high standards of care
