We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our Nursing Home in Gateshead. This is a full-time night position offering stability, a supportive team environment, and paid breaks.Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality clinical care to residents during night shifts. Administer medication safely and accurately in line with NMC standards. Conduct assessments, care planning, and documentation as required. Support residents with complex care needs, ensuring dignity and person-centred care at all times. Work collaboratively with the night team to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Respond effectively to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately.
Requirements:
Valid NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Previous experience in a Nursing Home environment is preferred. Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently during night shifts. Excellent communication, compassion, and organisational skills.
