We are currently in search of a skilled Hotel night auditor to become a valuable member of our team at the Queens Hotel & Spa in Bournemouth. In this role, you will work alongside Night Supervisor and being a member of the night team, a night auditor plays a an important role in maintaining the financial integrity of the hotel, providing excellent customer service, and enduring the safety and security of the guests and the property during the night shift and assist with the control and leadership of the front office department within the overall policies and controls established by the Company and hotel General Manager, ensuring that the brand values and standards are delivered and budgeted profitability achieved.

Responsibilities

1. To ensure full security checks are carried out throughout the night in order to ensure security of the premises and our guests. Any discrepancies to be reported immediately.

2. To ensure all guests are offered porterage services upon arrival and departure from the hotel.

3. To be fully aware of all hotel activities and services.

4. To carry out night audit where this forms part of your responsibilities.

5. To be in constant liaison with the Front Office/ Reception Desk.

6. To assist guests with information required - e.g. train and bus times, local tourist information.

7. To arrange transport for guests where required.

8. To ensure all left luggage procedures are strictly followed.

9. To participate with night cleaning schedules as directed by Night Manager and ensure the hotel public areas are clean and tidy at all times.

10. To order and deliver newspapers for hotel guests.

11. To report any damage, wear and tear arising in any of your working areas.

12. To attend work consistently well groomed, in uniform, as laid down to the standard required.

13. To be fully aware of and strictly adhere to all security, cash and key procedures laid down.

14. To consistently deliver superior customer service.

15. To attend training when required.

16. To be fully aware of and adhere to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire and Bomb threat procedures as laid down by the hotel and Company.

17. cleaning of Public Areas and Deep Cleaning of instructed areas
