We are seeking a responsible and professional Night Porter to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and secure running of the premises during the night, providing excellent customer service and supporting overnight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with any out of hours room requests Monitor the premises for safety and security, conducting regular patrols Respond to guest queries and provide information or assistance as needed Perform basic housekeeping tasks such as cleaning the floors Prepare for the next day's operations, setting up tables and chairs for the next day's event Report any maintenance or security issues promptly
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Trustworthy, punctual, and well-presented Physically fit and able to remain alert throughout the shift Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
Working Hours:
Typically from 5pm - 1.30am
