We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Porter with experience on working night shifts within a hotel setting to join our team in the hospitality sector.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with any special requests. Reception tasks. including, computer use, checking in guests, answering the phone, taking payments. Security of the building. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby, entrance, and all public areas. Bar serving & close down duties. Responsible for all aspects of function room set - ups. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions as needed. Ensure that all guests needs & requests are catered for. Monitor the condition of the property and report any maintenance issues promptly. Collaborate with other hotel staff to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.

Skills

Strong communication skills. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
