Job Description
The Belgrave Hotel is a welcoming local family run hotel located in Tenby.
We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused
Night Porter
to join our dedicated team and ensure the smooth running of the hotel during the night.As a
Night Porter
, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and comfort of our guests throughout the night. You will be the first point of contact for late arrivals and early departures, as well as assist with various night-time operations to ensure the hotel is ready for the next day.Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and checking in late arrivals Assisting with guest requests during the night Serving in the Bar Conducting regular security and fire safety checks General cleaning of the bar & lounge areas Carrying luggage and assisting guests with transportation if required Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas Handling any issues or emergencies in a calm and professional manner
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - Training Will be Provided.
Hours:
11 PM - 7AM
Saturday, Sunday and Monday
Extra hours - Covering Staff Sickness and Holidays when needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.90 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
