Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time Night Porter who is able to work from 11pm until 7.30am. Your duties will include keeping the outside and public areas of the hotel clean and tidy as well as preparing for the following day's events. This will include setting tables, tidying and general maintenance as well as any guests needs throughout the night.

Main Duties:

Providing a warm welcome to guests arriving throughout the night Ensuring the security of the hotel throughout the night including regular fire checks Setting up the restaurant for Breakfast Preparing breakfast in the kitchen (limited items) for guests every morning Providing a limited service offering of food & beverages ensuring excellent food quality and service Cleaning and preparing hotel public areas throughout the night. Covering general reception duties as required including guest check-in, check-out; answering the telephone; basic night audit procedures. Ensuring hotel health & safety procedures are maintained and overseeing emergency response and evacuation procedures as required. Assisting with the preparing and setting of hotel meeting and event space as and when necessary
You should be able to demonstrate:

All candidates will be DBS checked.
