About the Role

We are seeking a responsible, confident, and friendly

Night Porter

to work 4 nights per week at Saram Lodge Bournemouth. You will ensure guest safety, provide late check-in support, and maintain hotel security and standards throughout the night.

A perfect role for someone who works well independently and enjoys quiet, structured night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist late-arriving guests Complete night audits and administrative tasks Conduct regular security checks and monitor CCTV Ensure public areas remain tidy and presentable Handle guest requests professionally Prepare for early breakfast set-up if required Complete accurate handover to the morning team

About You

Night porter or hotel experience preferred Confident working alone during night hours Responsible, trustworthy, and guest-focused Able to work

weekends, bank holidays, and key dates

Calm under pressure with good communication
