This is role will see you situated in a chic boutique hotel in the heart of Edinburgh, offering hospitality professionals a world of opportunity. Working 2 nights a week in a bustling hotel on the cosmopolitan George Street.

The Night Porter role is essential to the daily running and safeguarding of the hotel. They assist in the provision of excellent customer services and the day to day safety and security of the entire building, including cleaning and maintenance, preparation of areas for breakfast/other events as appropriate, maintaining a safe environment through excellent security practices and attendance at regular meetings/ training. To be available at all times to guest queries and complaints- effective dealing with complaints as they occur & quick problem solving.
