Position: Night Porter

Location: The Orchard Hotel Falkirk

Shift: Overnight (approx. 11:00 PM - 4:00 AM)

Are you a night owl who takes pride in creating a spotless first impression? We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Porter to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and provide discreet, exceptional service while our guests sleep.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the hotel's public areas--including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms--are immaculate and welcoming throughout the night.

Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and emptying trash.

Assist guests with late-night requests, including luggage assistance, in a friendly and professional manner.

Restock supplies and ensure cleaning equipment is properly stored.

Strong customer service skills and physical stamina for lifting and standing.

Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of hotel operations is a plus.

Bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
