Night Porter
Job Description
The ideal candidate will need to be able to achieve service excellence by anticipating guest's needs, listening and paying attention to every detail no matter how small and working together as a team, whilst ensuring that all accounting and security procedures meet Company requirements.
Shift pattern - 11pm to 7am
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering an Engaging Dynamic Guest Experience from the welcome through the guest journey to their departure; excellent guest service will underpin everything you do.
The Job will entail:
Carry out regular Fire Walks each night
Be detail-oriented: you'll be setting out ambient breakfast items in the morning, and it needs to look great!
take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests
cleaning public areas and preparing meeting and event spaces ready for the next day.
