Night Porter - The Manor House - Castle Combe, Wiltshire

You will join as a Night Porter that values leadership, creativity, collaboration, and pride in everything they do, playing a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. Here, your ideas will be welcomed and your growth supported.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests during the night shift Carry out regular security checks of the property Handle late check-ins and early check-outs Set up public areas for the following day Respond to guest requests and emergencies calmly and efficiently Ensure night-time safety, cleanliness, and standards are maintained

Person Specification

Reliable and responsible with a calm manner Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred Comfortable working night shifts independently Strong communication skills and attention to detail Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
