We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Night Porter to join our team. This role involves ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the premises during night-time hours. The Night Porter will play a crucial role in maintaining public areas, supporting event setups, and handling key administrative and safety responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Maintenance: Conducting cleaning of public areas, ensuring high standards are met at all times. Conduct regular checks to address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly. Conference Events Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, including arranging furniture and equipment according to specifications. Fire Marshal Duties: Receive full fire marshal training and act as the designated fire warden during shifts. Respond effectively in the event of an evacuation, ensuring guest and staff safety. Reception Administration: Handle late check-ins and early check-outs. Manage guest inquiries and administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work independently and prioritise responsibilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
