Our Night Porters - Who are we looking for?

The first Bike & Boot has been open Scarborough since July 2020, with our second that opened September 2023 in the Peak District

We are looking for an experienced Night Porter who will be responsible for the security of the Scarborough hotel at night ensuring that any guest's needs are taken care of to the standards set by the company.

Our Night Porters serve & interact with our guests, carry out regular presentation of the Bareca, along with required and delegated preparation of the hotel for the following day.

Lines of communication

This position reports to the Senior Front Hall Host.

Working conditions and shifts

Working on a rolling '4 on 4 off basis' The shifts will vary and be fair within the department. Each night shift is 10.00pm - 7.00am (9 hours).

Gratuities

Pay will increase in April 2026. In addition to the hourly amount, we distribute service charge bi-monthly which supplements pay further by approx 1300.00 per annum
