Full Time 45 hours per week 5 days per week
9 hours shifts
Working Pattern - 22.00pm until 07.00am
Main Responsibilities
The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
Washing Dishes and Cookware
Cleaning of equipment and kitchen areas
Cleaning of floors
General Kitchen Duties
Tidying and organising of kitchen areas
Collect and wash pots and pans.
Unload food and equipment deliveries.
Keep the storeroom organised.
Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
In addition to keeping the kitchen sparkling clean, kitchen porters can be involved in food preparation.
