Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Night Porter to join our team. As a Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our establishment. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallway and event areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors as needed
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and fixtures
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products
- Assist guests with their luggage or other requests as necessary
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation

Skills:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
