We are seeking a reliable, detail-focused

Night Warehouse Administrator

to join our Alcester distribution centre. You'll play a key role in supporting warehouse operations and customer service during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer orders and update internal systems as required Liaise with customers to provide updates and suggest suitable alternatives for out-of-stock items Complete and prepare all delivery paperwork ahead of dispatch Organise and maintain transport folders, ensuring all documentation is ready for drivers Monitor and respond to overnight emails, addressing any urgent issues as they arise Investigate and locate items not found by warehouse operatives during the picking process Reconcile delivery discrepancies by reviewing returned stock and system records Summarise and log driver return sheets, including any delivery notes, feedback, or exceptions Submit clear and concise end-of-shift reports to management, flagging key updates and outstanding issues Assist with general warehouse admin tasks, including stock checks and handover preparation Support warehouse operations when required -- including picking, stock movement, and loading assistance

What We're Looking For:

Experience in warehouse or logistics administration preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Able to work independently during night shifts Good communication skills and a proactive approach
