Key Responsibilities:

Support Operate production within a traffic responsibility area with high quality and at lowest possible cost Support to maintain team spirit within your peers and ensure good cooperation with other DHL departments and functions Provide quality work together with other functions within DHL Freight and suppliers according to set KPI's Support to Coordinate, optimize and manage traffic within the assigned area of responsibility in collaboration with contracted subcontractors and other departments, both domestically and abroad Support to Analyze and improve traffic in collaboration with Trade Lane Managers Support the communication of imbalances and volume needs Ensures that all interactions are compliant with DPDHL Code of Conduct and other compliance requirements e.g. anti-corruption

Skills and Experience:

Good organisational, IT and communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office package Knowledge of transport business, product and processes desirable but not compulsory Business acumen Experience in cost control and management desirable but not compulsory Good communication skills both individually and in front of the group Be aware of Health and Safety standards, along with a high understanding of dignity and diversity in the workplace. Have a methodical and organised approach to work with the ability to think ahead and prioritise tasks.
