The Role

You'll join a dynamic and supportive employment team handling a full spectrum of employment law matters. Expect real variety, real responsibility, and the chance to work with clients ranging from major corporates to growing SMEs and charities.

Your work will include:

Advising on contracts, policies, and day-to-day HR issues Supporting senior lawyers on complex disputes and tribunal claims Helping with redundancies, restructures, and restrictive covenant advice Getting involved in international projects, outsourcing, and data protection matters Contributing to thought leadership and client engagement campaigns (yes, your ideas will actually be heard)

About You

NQ - 2PQE with a seat in employment law Strong technical grounding with excellent drafting and communication skills A commercial thinker who enjoys solving real workplace problems Enthusiastic, collaborative, and not afraid to get involved from the start Keen to learn, grow, and shape your career within a modern, progressive team
