Nurse Deputy Manager

Location: NP26 4AF
Type: Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week - Combination of Day & Night shifts (On-call duties included; 2 shifts per week on the floor, rest supernumerary)
Salary: 45,000 per annum

About the Role



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Nurse Deputy Manager

to join our professional care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and clinically strong Registered Nurse looking to step into or progress within a management role.

As the

Nurse Deputy Manager

, you will support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting best practices in all areas of nursing and care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, motivate, and supervise the care team to deliver exceptional standards of care. Work alongside the Home Manager to oversee clinical governance, audits, and staff development. Undertake

2 clinical shifts per week

on the floor, with the remaining hours supernumerary for leadership and management duties. Ensure care plans are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with residents' needs. Participate in on-call duties and provide support to the team as required. Foster a positive, person-centred environment for residents, families, and staff.

Requirements:



Registered Nurse (RGN)

with active

NMC registration

. Strong clinical skills and confidence in nursing practice. Previous leadership or senior nursing experience desirable. Willingness to undertake

NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management

(training fully supported). Flexibility to cover both day and night shifts, including on-call duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 45,000.00 per year
