About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated
Nurse Deputy Manager
to join a leading care home providing exceptional support for residents with dementia and general nursing needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated nurse who is passionate about leadership, quality care, and making a meaningful difference every day.
As a Nurse Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred, and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care team.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical governance standards.
Contribute to care planning and risk assessments.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records.
Support the development of staff through supervision, coaching, and training.
Provide direct nursing care as required.
Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC PIN.
Proven leadership or deputy management experience in a care home or similar setting.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to person-centred care.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends.
