About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Nurse Deputy Manager
to join our team in Caldicot. This role involves both clinical and managerial responsibilities, supporting the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care and overseeing nursing staff.
Key Requirements:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Strong clinical skills and confidence in practice.
Willingness to develop into a management role (NVQ Level 4/5 or equivalent training supported).
Flexible to cover day and night shifts as required.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in day-to-day operations.
Provide hands-on nursing care during scheduled floor shifts.
Supervise and mentor nursing and care staff.
Maintain high standards of clinical care and compliance with regulations.
Participate in on-call duties as required.
