About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated
Nurse Deputy Manager
to join our care team. This is a full-time role offering
40 to 43 hours per week
, providing an excellent opportunity for a qualified nurse to step into a senior leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home.
Lead and supervise the nursing and care team to ensure the highest standards of clinical care.
Oversee care planning, medication management, and compliance with CQC standards.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to staff.
Ensure residents receive person-centred, safe, and compassionate care.
Requirements:
Qualified
Registered Nurse (RGN)
with a valid
NMC PIN
.
Previous experience in a
senior clinical or deputy management role
within a care home.
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
Commitment to maintaining high-quality care standards and compliance.
