You will oversee all aspects of the home's management, including staffing, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and resident satisfaction, ensuring the home provides a safe, caring, and supportive environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and management to all staff within the home.
Ensure compliance with
CQC regulations
and all relevant legislation.
Oversee clinical standards and maintain excellent quality of care.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently.
Foster a positive, open, and supportive working environment.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Lead the team to continuously improve care outcomes and service quality.
Requirements
Registered General Nurse (
RGN
) with a valid
NMC PIN
.
Must be
CQC registered
or eligible for registration.
Minimum
5 years of experience
working in a nursing home environment.
Proven experience in management or leadership within the care sector.
Strong understanding of clinical governance and CQC standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
