Nurse Home Manager
to lead our care home team and ensure the highest standards of nursing and residential care. This is an excellent opportunity for an established manager or a strong
Deputy Manager ready to step up
into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily running of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
Provide strong clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff.
Manage budgets, staffing levels, and occupancy targets effectively.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (
RGN
) with valid NMC registration.
Minimum 4 years' experience
in a nursing home (Deputy Manager experience considered).
Proven leadership and management skills.
Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and quality assurance processes.
Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
