Nursery Administrator

to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our setting.

Your responsibilities will include:



Supporting with admissions, registrations, and waiting lists Maintaining accurate child and staff records in line with GDPR and Ofsted requirements Managing telephone, email, and in-person enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Supporting financial processes, including issuing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining fee records. Supporting the Nursery Manager with compliance, audits, and regulatory documentation. Ensuring the nursery office operates efficiently, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

We're looking for someone who is:



Organised, reliable, and able to manage a busy workload Friendly, professional, and great with people Confident using IT systems (Word, Excel, nursery management software - training provided) Experienced in administration (experience in childcare/education settings is desirable but not essential) Able to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitivity around children and families
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
