We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments
Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring all financial records are up to date
Handle phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Prepare documents and reports as required, utilising Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Support team members with clerical duties and other administrative projects as needed
Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure adequate inventory
Skills
Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes
Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail in data entry and clerical tasks
