We are looking for enthusiastic, caring individuals who want to complete their Level 3 qualification in childcare.

A commitment to complete the qualification is vital to this role, requiring enthusiasm, reliability and a proactive approach towards their work and their colleagues.

The successful applicant should have an excellent team working ethic and will be able to bring suggestions and ideas to the setting and enhance our practice. A commitment to complete their qualification whilst gaining knowledge and experience, learning on the job.

You will be supported with a mentor and a caring, passionate team.

We will support you with your learning, gaining a professional, fully recognised qualification. You will have an assessor to support you with your assignments, whilst completing the qualification.

You will gain knowledge of the Early Years Framework, how to record observations, assessment and progress of children, you will be planning next steps and individual learning plans for children. Become familiar with keeping records up to date and compliance with EYFS requirements.

You need to be motivated with the determination to deliver outstanding learning outcomes for children in your care as you will be communicating with parents about their children. ( You will be training on how to communicate with parents)

You will work 40 hours a week on the Job and complete 6 hours 'off the job hours', training gaining experience and knowledge in tasks which you do not carry out in your every day role..

An enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory professional references are required before any employment can be confirmed.
