The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and caring

Nursery Bank Staff

to join our friendly team. This flexible role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with young children and can step in to support our permanent staff when needed. You'll help ensure every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to explore and learn.

Key Responsibilities

Support the daily running of the nursery, maintaining a

safe, caring, and stimulating environment

. Engage children in creative, play-based, and educational activities that support their development. Assist in delivering our

bilingual learning programme

(English and Spanish), helping children develop language and communication skills naturally. Work closely with parents and carers, sharing updates on their child's progress and well-being. Collaborate with the nursery team to plan and deliver activities that foster

social, emotional, and physical growth

. Ensure full compliance with

safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies

. Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff when needed.

About You

Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is

essential

. Qualifications in

Early Childhood Education

or a related field are

highly desirable

.

Fluency in English

is required;

Spanish language skills

are a strong advantage. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills. A caring, patient, and positive attitude towards children's learning and development. A

driving licence

is preferred but not essential.
