Nursery Deputy Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Nursery Deputy Manager, who will be both Office based and room based, that has existing leadership experience, is very motivated, committed to excellence and will work closely with the Nursery Manager to create a truly wonderful nursery environment.
The Deputy Nursery Manager is responsible for working with the Nursery Manager to create and deliver the vision of the nursery.
The role of Deputy Manager is to co-lead, inspire and motivate our Early Years Educators to deliver Outstanding early years education and promote the warm, very caring and inclusive environment for our educators, children and families.
Well established and leading Independent Day Nursery and Preschool in Gateshead providing a fantastic environment for children aged from 3 months to 4years.
Opening times are 7.30am and 6.00pm over 51 weeks per year.
The Deputy Nursery Manager will be responsible to the Nursery Manager, Nursery Area Manager and Company Directors.
Level 3 qualification within early years is required for this position.
An enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certificates are also desirable.

Pay: 27,000.00-27,300.00 per year
