Kids kingdom day-care is a wonderful nursery located in Kids kingdom Southend. We focus on supporting the local community and have created a supportive, professional, and rewarding environment for everyone.

Your responsibilities will be varied and will include:

To focus the team and the children's learning through the pleasure of play!

Leading and managing the staff team effectively

Supporting the management of staff recruitment and retention

Room leader of preschool

Have key children carry out observation and complete learning journals and reports

Manage the occupancy levels effectively

Ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times

Develop and maintain our excellent partnerships with parents

To be considered for this role you must hold a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification or above and Previous DBS. Senco training. First aid. Safeguarding training all an advantage.
