Nursery Deputy Manager - Walthamstow

Full time - 40 hours

Salary up to 37k

Purpose

To work alongside the manager to ensure smooth running of the nursery and maintain high standards. To be responsible for set tasks delegated by the Nursery Manager. To ensure all legislation in relation to registration with regulatory bodies, child protection, health and safety and SEND is complied with and that company policies and procedures are adhered to. To manage staff within the nursery, improve practice and support the nursery team. To manage the nursery in the absence of the Nursery Manager.

Qualifications

Proven experience in early childhood education and nursery settings Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents Demonstrated management and leadership abilities Familiarity with childcare regulations and best practices Valid driving license and proficiency in English Passion for nurturing children's development and well-being
