We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Manager to support the overall operations of our organisation. Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management. Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement. Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Prepare reports on operational performance for management review. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on findings. Proficient in using office software and management systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands within the workplace.
