We are looking to recruit a level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The hours can be negotiated - (shift patterns) between 7.45 - 5.30. (32 - 40 hours per week) approximately depending on the needs of the application.
Salary will be dependent on experience
Experience and skills required
- Have a recognised qualification in childcare level 3
- A sound understanding of the EYFS
- Engage in and extend children's learning
- Plan activities
- Have good communication skills
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate records
- Ability to use own initiative, share ideas and be innovative
- Be passionate about working with early years
- Maintain key children's observations, and assessments and communicate with parents/carers on a daily basis.
The nursery and all its staff are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and an enhanced DBS check and suitable references will be required for this role.
