Summary

We are seeking a Nursery Lunch Cover to join our team at Ty Enfys Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring that children receive nutritious meals and proper supervision and care during lunchtime, contributing to their overall well-being and development in our nursery setting.

Responsibilities

Supervise children during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being. Assist with serving meals and encouraging healthy eating habits among children. Engage with children through conversation and play during lunch breaks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lunch area before, during, and after meals. Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's needs and behavior. Adhere to children's allergies and specific dietary requirements.

Requirements

Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Ability to manage groups of children effectively while maintaining a positive environment. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is preferred. Ability to work Monday-Friday 10am-2pm.
