We are seeking an inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant setting, guiding a dedicated team to deliver the very best in early years education and care. As Nursery Manager, you will:


Provide strong, visible leadership to the nursery team, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children.

Champion high standards of education, embedding the EYFS curriculum through play, creativity and discovery.

Build warm, trusting relationships with families, supporting a seamless transition into Pre-Prep and beyond.

Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and regulatory standards, working as part of the school's wider community.

About You

We are looking for a confident and committed early years professional who brings:


A full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Level 5/6 preferred).

At least three years' post-qualification experience in early years, with leadership experience desirable.

Strong organisational, people and communication skills.

A genuine passion for nurturing children and supporting their development.
