What you'll do

Lead a 110-place nursery through a full OFSTED inspection, using your expertise to raise standards and achieve an outstanding rating. You'll take ownership of transformational projects, improving processes and developing practitioners to create a high-performing team.

Manage budgets and commercial aspects, giving you real business experience and shaping the setting's success. You'll also build strong relationships with parents, enhancing the nursery's reputation in the community.

What you'll need

Level 3 Childcare qualification Proven experience leading at least one OFSTED inspection with a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' outcome as a Manager Track record of continuous improvement projects within nurseries
