Summary

As the Nursery Manager at Laugh n Learn Day Nursery, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are met. This position is located in Great Britain and is essential to fostering a positive learning environment for our young learners.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Lead and mentor staff to provide high-quality childcare and early education. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote children's development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children. Monitor children's progress and adapt programs to meet their individual needs. Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's reputation within the community.

Requirements

Proven experience in childcare management or a similar role within early childhood education. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Understanding of early childhood development principles and practices. Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education are preferred.
