What you will be doing

Planning and delivering a child centred, EYFS based curriculum Building and maintaining excellent relationships with parents Managing, coaching and involving a team of up to 20 educators / professionals Delivering on the job training, guidance and support to the team Planning logistics, daily routines, managing ratios and rotas Risk assessing the Day Nursery & Preschool, critically appraising and driving improvement Imagining and constantly innovating with new activities, challenging your children's learning and development Promoting child welfare and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed

About you

Minimum 3 years EYFS / Nursery experience Minimum 1 years Management experience Passionate about Early Years Education and making a difference to the lives of children Driven by a positive 'make it happen' approach Aspiration to progress and improve Desire to make people happy (customer service) Confident, professional and charismatic Experience of working with children
Our safer recruitment procedures includes carrying out Enhanced DBS checks.

Part or full time hours: 30 to 40 per week (salary pro rata)
