What You'll Be Doing



As Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the nursery--operationally, educationally, and financially. You'll be the driving force behind a setting that delivers outstanding care and learning every day.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, planning, budgets, and administration Leading the development and delivery of a rich, child-centred curriculum aligned with the EYFS Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory compliance Supporting, mentoring, and developing a skilled and motivated team Creating tailored learning experiences that support each child's individual journey Managing occupancy levels and driving financial performance Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community Ensuring the setting remains inspection-ready and always striving for improvement

What We're Looking For



We're after someone who leads with confidence and compassion--someone who brings a hands-on, proactive approach and thrives in a fast-paced early years environment.

You'll need:

A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or higher preferred) Proven leadership experience in an early years setting, ideally as a Manager or Deputy A solid understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements Excellent communication, organisational, and team leadership skills A genuine passion for early childhood education and inclusive practice

Pay: Up to 43,000.00 per year
