Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our bilingual team at Babinogion Caernarfon. If you love working with children, speaking Welsh, and leading a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you!
What you'll be doing:
Overseeing the daily operations of the nursery Leading and motivating a friendly team Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children Working closely with parents to support each child's development Promoting and encouraging Welsh language throughout the nursery
What we're looking for:
Fluent in Welsh (both spoken and written) Level 3 qualification in Early Years Level 3 in Playwork (or willing to complete the training) Experience working in a nursery or early years setting Strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education
