to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children aged

0-8 years

, strong leadership skills, and a passion for early years education. You will ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise nursery staff, ensuring professional development and performance management. Oversee daily nursery operations, including scheduling, curriculum implementation, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain high-quality standards of care and early years education, in line with statutory guidelines. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to promote a supportive and collaborative environment. Manage budgets, resources, and inventory efficiently. Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in nursery management or a senior early years role. Experience working with children aged

0-8 years

. Strong knowledge of early years curriculum, safeguarding, and health & safety standards. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team while fostering a positive work culture. Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above) and registration with the appropriate governing body.
