About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with your team to create a safe, stimulating, and fun environment where every child can flourish.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and inspiring a team of passionate early years team Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery Ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate and health & safety standards Driving continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and care outcomes Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider community Managing budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking leader with: Proven experience in a management or senior leadership role in an early years setting Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills A genuine passion for early years education and high-quality care
