Nursery Manager

to join our team and lead our nursery into its next exciting chapter.

About the Role:

As Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall running of the nursery leading a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of care and education, and fostering a positive environment for children, staff, and families. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of the EYFS, and a real passion for early years development.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a high-quality learning environment Lead and support the nursery team, promoting professional development and positive team culture Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and all regulatory standards Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies Monitor and evaluate the nurseries performance, identifying areas for improvement Manage nursery budgets, resources, and occupancy to support growth and sustainability Maintain the highest standards in safeguarding, health & safety, and record-keeping
What We're Looking For:

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years At least 2 years' experience in a nursery leadership or management role In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted standards A confident, supportive leader with excellent communication and people skills A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong organisational abilities Passionate about creating a nurturing and inspiring space for children An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
